Lisa M. Kirisits

CPA, MBA – Managing Partner

Lisa Kirisits provides accounting, financial reporting, tax preparation and compliance, consulting, budget preparation, strategic planning and CFO services to nonprofit and governmental organizations. She is also a board governance specialist who assists boards with financial and strategic planning and proper board governance. Lisa has volunteered her time serving as a board member to non-profit organizations and currently is the compensation committee chair, board member, and chair emeritus for Trocaire College.

Karen E. Burhans

CPA – Partner

Karen Burhans has performed numerous audits and internal control audits of nonprofit and governmental organizations. She has significant experience with payroll related matters, including compliance with labor regulations, payroll reporting and human resource matters. Karen also has significant experience in preparing budgets, forecasts and projections for nonprofit organizations.

Angel Beiter

CPA – Principal

Angel Beiter is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, special projects, and software installations in addition to overseeing operations. She manages accounting, payroll, human resources, information technologies, facilities and risk assessment functions. Angel established and streamlined financial and reporting programs to meet the expanding needs of our growing clients.

Kevin J. Kaufman

CPA – Manager

Kevin Kaufman was responsible for conducting internal audits and assessing compliance with laws and regulations as well as internal policies in his past experience as a city auditor. He was jointly responsible for the design and implementation of a new payroll processing system for the city’s 3,500 employees. Kevin is also a tax practitioner and provides tax preparation and planning to individuals, professionals and businesses.


